Do they have college football in a similar manner like they do in the USA in Canada?

I started getting CFL games on this new channel and I watched some of them. They have some really weird rules and aren't as similar to the NFL as I would have thought. It has to be 30 x's harded to play defense in the CFL when the receivers can run toward the line of scrimmage like that.
