Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Man, what a game! I love to see both teams play so well. Sorry you guys didn't win Rams but I'll tell you that I definitely gained a lot more respect for your team. Could be a much better year for both teams (if the defenses will step up).

GO BUFFS!
Hawkins looked good in his first game. I was really disapointed Hanie threw that bad interception. He should know better. A FG would have been great..duh! I didn't think CU would score a td and they didn't. It should have been double OT if Hanie doesn't throw the ball.
Congrats to CU. I hope they do well. We need CU and CSU to get back to winning ball games.
The problem for CSU is their next three games are really tough
Cal, @ Houston, TCU.
I hope they can spring a few upsets in the next three.
I didn't think we had any chance when CSU went up 28-17... I just got back-- sunburnt like a motha, but it was worth it... Nothing sweeter than walking out of that stadium after a victory... On the contrary-- nothing is worse than the walk of shame after a loss.
Hawk showed good leadership and decision making at QB-- I just hate seeing all of the batted balls and underthrows. Kyle Bell is a freaking hoss-- that kid is good for 4-5 yards every time he touches the ball. Great game CSU.

Whether Im burnt or not, we'll see, but it was well worth it! What a great atmosphere... Id say the crowd was 60-40% Colorado, but both sides were equally as loud.. Regardless, Great Game!
Yeah Hawks size showed a little where CSU kept on batting those balls down on those blitz, but he showed great leadership and a very smart kid for a redshirt freshman...
CSU was gashing us with the run, 7-8 yards every time and the play calling had us confused... for real, after it was 28-17 and we had that great kick return and a missed field goal, I thought it was over... You can't say that CU didn't earn this victory, I know they got some calls, but they weren't terrible calls..
A year of braggin rights, take that CS ewwww!
fight u dwn the fied..cu must win.. fight fight fr Victoy..cu knows no defet! so roll up the mighty score, Never Give in!!...shouler to shulder we will FIGHT..FIGHT ... FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!
