Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

App State has won the D1 AA national title 2 or 3 years in a row...it has been a while since they've ever lost a game I think.
App State is a powerhouse in Double A, man that has to hurt if your a Wolverine, i feel sorry for the team Mich plays next im guessing it will get really nasty out there in the pileups.

How much better of an upset would have this been if it was the last game of the season, and Michigan was undefeated and all they had to do was beat App St.?
I woke up this morning and turned on my TV and saw on the bottomline of the Wisc/Wash St. game that Michigan was barely beating App St. So I got on ESPN and watched the rest of the game on the tracker.. I still cant believe Michigan lost this game.. I didnt see the game, but from the looks of it, it doesnt even seem like it was a fluke.. App St. held there own throughout the game according to the stats, and then came up with a huge block and won the game.. Congrats to them..
i really like this though. now everyone is going to forget that cu lost to montana state last year
What? We lost to a D 1 AA team last year? lol oh wait, we weren't ranked #5 either though...
I saw the highlights to this game and that team looked pretty good, they have speed and they choked a lot of plays away but still pulled out a W... Even though they are a good team, Michigan has better plays and more importantly more size, no reason why they should of lost..
fight u dwn the fied..cu must win.. fight fight fr Victoy..cu knows no defet! so roll up the mighty score, Never Give in!!...shouler to shulder we will FIGHT..FIGHT ... FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!
As a Buckeye fan....I would have loved to have been in "The Big House" to see all the Meatchicken fans as their team lost to a Div. 1-AA school.....
Heck Vegas didn't even put a line on that game...........Has to be the biggest upset.....maybe ever... in college football....
LLLLLLoyd Carr........Way to have your #5 team in the country prepared.....and please stick around as us Ohio State fans think you do a fine job in the state up north......
I'm sure Michigan fans felt the same way when you guys had John Cooper coaching the Buckeyes.
Better enjoy this year, though. No matter what happens the rest of this year, Lloyd will be long gone.

First of all, you have to give Appy St. some cred. Never underestimate a champion. I think this game just exposes both the preseason ranking system (Michigan is in the top 5 every year), and Chad Henne. Sure he threw a rediculous 50+ yd pass at the end, but it was a weiner ball that should have been picked off, and he put Michigan in that situation to begin with. Michigans defense made NO adjustments to App St's QB, who was pretty much running around the feild and doing whatever he wanted with the football. No containment, no victory. If Michigans defense plays like this the rest of the season, they might as well let Hart sign with a pro team. That way, he can treat the post game media like they are stupid, after he get's his weeney knocked off by a guy like Roy Williams. Whatachump.
