It kills me how we won a bowl game this season and Ole Miss went 0-8 in conference and they still pull a better recruiting class than us.

It doesnt look like you guys are having that bad of a class considering the teams youre competing with in the SEC

We have a pretty good class (34th nationally), but it just disappoints me that we are behind Ole Miss (31st). We still have a few 4 stars considering us so maybe we can snag a couple and move up a little.

I just saw Mississippi and assumed they were talking about MSU because they did way better. Ole Miss makes no sense because they suck.

He'll probably get more visit dates set up. Especially if LSU wins the Nat'l championship look for LSU to jump up to high interest.

If he's really as good as some people are saying he is, he probably won't go to Ole Miss, unless he just really loves Houston Nutt or the city of Oxford.

He's a great player but sometimes he won't play as hard as he can and he's not a great academic achiever. If he does go to MSU then I have to say MSU would finally be a ranked team again because that's all they need on offense is a great receiver. Defense they are pretty good especially if Pegues stays which he probably will.

Yeah, Pegues will stay. I read that when Croom was recruiting Pegues, he promised him that if he came to State, that he would win a conference championship before he left. Pretty big statement, so it'll be interesting to see how they do next season.

Next time I see DeAndre I'm going to try and convince him to go to State.

How often do you see him?

I see a couple of days out of the months. I usually see him when I'm hanging out with one of my friends and there pretty close but they're both seniors at Ocean Springs and I'm a freshman at Gulfport High. I only know them because the mutual friend used to live in Gulfport when I met him.

2.7 GPA wasn't good enough for eligibilty in the SEC so he's going to C-USA. Southern Mississippi is where he's heading. They're going to have a pretty good team next year with Fletcher and QB with another year under his belt. His name escapes me at the moment.

Yeah, we were talking about him going to Southern Miss in the baseball locker room yesterday and all the State and Ole Miss fans alike were pissed for him going there. But hell, having a guy with poor grades never stopped Ole Miss before.
