  • Lou Holtz on ESPN

    Awww, leave him alone!

He's, something like, 110 years old or something!

He's just saying that cause at the time ND was getting shut out by Georgia Tech. He probably didn't want to be too harsh on anyone so's to not get his precious ND getting their ass kicked thrown in his face....

I disagree that it wasn't an upset, but Lou Holtz makes better analysis more times than not. Keep him. I like the young man!

          I can agree with that.

Actually this only means Michigan's Head Coach will be fired at the end of the season. That's all.

that's usually how upsets happen, because a team is overrated . but i don't know how anyone can say it is NOT an upset. a top 5 team losing to div 1aa, never even imagined that happening. didnt michigan return all of their offensive playmakers from last year?

haha yea, maybe even before then, they've been gunning for his head for awhile now and this certainly doesn't help, this was the same team that was in a National Title talks with USC and LSU...ugh bye bye!

The defense is what hurt Michigan, they have Hart, Maningham, Henne, but they could not handle Appalachine St. Props to the back to back Champs of 1-AA for knocking of the not so Big Blue at this moment. Really puts a damper in my hopes of giving my whole girlfriends family a tough time this season, they are all Buckeyes fans.

Hall, Woodley, Harris, Branch just to much to overcome on defense. Lolyd would seem like he would be nearing his end. Has not been able to beat OSU for a while (Just as big as making the Rose Bowl for them)

It just shows you that every school has players. Outside of USC/LSU everybody can put 22 solid players on the field to compeat against anyone. The talent gap between that top teams/mid majors is when you get the the subs, depth is what it is all about.

                Good job Appalachine St!
                Thanks WhiteDragon!

Call it however u want. I personally agree when a top 5 team like Michigan gets beat by Who? State that would qualify as an upset. Im originally from Ohio so as a Buckeye fan I love this even more.

Either way Lou Holtz- great coach

but slurz his S's so bad, i cant friggin stand listening to em.
