And umm this thread is really wack and I'm wondering what its about.
But I like your logic as to why they will win it all. After reading this thread I now can convince my friends that PSU will win it all.
Great first post and I can tell you will contribute A LOT on this site.

Clausen doesn't scare anybody at this point, he will have to adjust to the college game- this ain't high school anymore kid. He's really being thrown into the fire against a good Penn State defense on the road, and he's not ready. Anthony Morelli is the QB to watch in this game; I expect him to light up that ND secondary early and often. If he keeps up his play, he could be one of the top QBs in the draft class of '08.Last edited by Max Power; 09-05-2007, 05:31 PM.

-Henne
...I don't believe he's gonna jump any of these guys in the draft, and thats atleast 2 rounds worth of qb's your lookin at right there.

I think he can jump Henne, if Henne continues to struggle and Morelli continues to play well. Henne is overrated IMO. The rest I agree with you. I would also throw in Andre Woodson in that mix. But I think Morelli could be a 1st-day pick for somebody, much like Trent Edwards was this year.Last edited by Max Power; 09-08-2007, 09:47 AM.

I've gotta give it to you, you Irish fans really impressed me. No other fans have been able to match us PSU fans at all, but we could actually hear you guys cheering your team on. This even includes the Michigan game at night last year, we couldn't really hear their fans. Granted, they didn't outscream us (but who could expect 5,000 to be louder than 105,000?), but you gave a good effort.
Your defense looked good, but a lack of offense really wore them out by the time the second half came. It seemed as though they had no motivation to take the field. The biggest problem I saw was a lack of discipline... there were more penalties in tonight's game than I've ever seen... it was horrible. A lot of the penalties were false starts, though, which is completely understandable. Take my word for it, we were LOUD tonight.
Good luck next week beating the Wolverines! Just don't batter them up too bad, leave a little pride for my Nittany Lions to take the following weekI'm officially eating crow. I support McDaniels.
Wishing for Jared Odrick in 2009.
