Bronco Fans should remember a couple of facts


1. They are notorious for chopping block on their offensive line. Without that Terrell Owens never would have been able to carry that chump Elway to a championship.

2. Most of the games between Pats and Broncos have been played in Denver, because Broncos need that homefield advantage of the thin air.

3. Patriots have complained in the past about poor treatment in Denver. They did not get sufficient practice time on the field and they didn't get sufficient oygen.

4. Bill Polian and the Colts only win, because he is on the rules committee. Every year he concocts a new rule to beat them. Last year he even bought the Refs.

Wow.....this one wins the award for stupidest post ever. Congrats....it's always nice to be #1 at something....even if it is ignorant post of the year.

3. You think we should show the Pansies 5 star treatment? You don't treat an enemy in your territory like that. You put them in the brutalist of situations. THat's why it is called home field advantage. Perhaps Billy should be using these tactics instead of cameras....*whistle* At least making the other team uncomfortable is within the rules of the league.

4. Who the flying hell cares what Polian does. It looks like you are just pissed off that your coach can't find legal ways to work within the rules to get a win. Instead, he hires a cameraman and steals play calls. You show me a damn document that shows there was a transaction where Polian paid off any referees. Good luck with that, I won't hold my breath til you find it.....cause it doesn't exist.

Quit trying to deflect the situation. Seems that is going on with a lot of Pansy fans. Your team screwed up, they got caught, now man up and deal with it.

Whatever commish decides to do...it needs to be severe considering the Pats knowingly and blatantly broke the rules. What the Patsies have done gives them an unfair advantage. For those that think this is not a big deal, let me give you an example, imagine that the Patriots have been taking photos of the defensive hand signals, and they have matching photos of the formation the defense uses with those signals. For instance, if the Patriots know that a certain hand signal means a blitz from the right side, they can change the play at the line of scrimmage based on that hand signal. This isn't the first time the Patsies have been caught, there have been rumors circulating for at least two years that they have been doing this. And may explain why Brady always had that uncanny ability to burn opposing defenses at exactly the right time.

If I was the commish, I would take away their 1st-4th round draft picks for the next two years and not allow them to participate in the playoffs for the next two in addition to some sort of steep fine. I'll guarantee no one will do this again after this kind of penalty.

....and maybe add some asterisks to their SB wins!!!

Based on what I have read from other posters, taking and using photos is not illegal. In fact, the offensive and defensive players are always looking at photos from the previous possession when they are on the sidelines.

If I was the commish, I would take away their 1st-4th round draft picks for the next two years and not allow them to participate in the playoffs for the next two in addition to some sort of steep fine. I'll guarantee no one will do this again after this kind of penalty.

I'm sure that would make you, every other Squealers fan, and the Squealers happy because the Squealers have not been able to beat Brady and the Patriots in the playoffs in approximately a decade. However, we all know that there is no way Goodell will/would take away the Patriots 1st-4th round draft picks for this year, let alone for the next TWO years.:nono:

You clearly are a biased, vindicative fan who will do anything to make it easier for the Squealers to attempt to make the playoffs for the next two years!! I'm just surprised that you didn't include a requirement that the Pats forfeit their December 9, 2007 game to the Squealers.

Semantics..photos of formations ok....of hand gestures, signals, of the opposing sideline...different story. This is what Bellicheat was busted for.

Not just Steeler fans, but fans of any team that may have been beaten by the Patsies because they were not playing by the same rules as everyone else. Who knows what Goodell will do...I just stated what I thought should be done, when college teams break rule of this magnitude....what I stated is the same sort of punishment that they receive (drafting restrictions, no bowl invitations for years, etc.). Forfeiting games would not do anything at this point.

We could get into a whole other thread about this but Robbie Tobeck, the Seahawks center, said it best. "We had our chances but couldn't finish them." Don't blame this one on the officials. Seattle dropped too many passes, missed too many field goals, did a poor job around the goal line keeping feet inbounds, didn't run it well enough and failed to capitalize on its superior play -- the Seahawks were the better team for much of the game -- to win it".


I might add, no video equipment or stealing signals were needed in our SB victory. How about yours??????

Presently, there is NO evidence that video equipment or stealing signals was used to obtain any of the Patriots SB victories, but we'll probably never know whether the Patriots and/or the Squealers used video equipment or stole signals to obtain their SB victories!
