yea that's definitely it. the top one in the first post is definitely doctored. no tattoo and the neck area is too blurred to be in accordance with the rest of the picture

The frst pic has to be doctored. I'm no steroid expert, but I don't think your head swells and decreases that much over a small period of time.

Regardless, Shawne Merriman is not the same player, just like Bruce Banner is not the same person when he's happy.
