Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Good Old Javon Walker...Making news in other ways than his play on the field
After the facts came out, it turns out Walker was robbed and beaten unconscious. I want to apologize as the initial article I read was vague and easy to misinterpret and jump to conclusions. My mistake.
My genuine condolences and best wishes to a speedy recovery.
isn't that what got DWill killed as well? someone allegedly sprayed champaigne ... if so he obviously didn't learn to much did he?
sorry but I have no pity.
NFL wide receiver Javon Walker was found unconscious on East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane Monday morning, Metro police said.
The Oakland Raiders player was taken to Sunrise Medical Center’s Trauma unit, where he was listed in fair condition late Monday afternoon, hospital officials said.
Police said Walker had an orbital fracture. They said they are not sure how he received the fracture.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Walker was seen Saturday night at Tryst at the Wynn spraying the crowd with some of the 15 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose champagne he ordered.
Hmm, wow... I don't think it's right to think that we knew this was coming though.
I hope there's nothing serious with fracturing his orbital bone.. I hope his vision is alright because there are muscles and nerves that run near your orbital bone.
Well, he was pretty much asking for it with the champagne.
If he would have just been jumped, I would have felt bad for him. No one deserves that... but he did something stupid to provoke the attackers.
Actually, you have no idea that this incident was related to his spraying champagne at a club.
As for Javon, I'm surprised some of you are so bitter that you are resorting to insults over what appears to be a physical assault on him. Whatever he might have said about the Broncos, they were just words. Those of you relishing this need to grow up.

Half of them feel that in order to look like a true fan they have to trash players that left.
