Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Interesting that everyone jumps all over Walker for the bad things he has done. But as no-one has even bothered to reply to this thread to congratulate him on doing someg ood. Seems no one willing to give him any credit when it is due.

thats just how life works u cant blame people for doing that ...this world has come to the point where the only thing that is seen is bad ....people see half empty instead of half full

same reason no one ever talks about how much money bill gates donates to charities/gives away annually
people want to see him as the devil
IMO javon deserves credit for stuff like this , but also heat when he acts like a turd
If you are expecting people to throw a small parade for Javon for donating $, don't hold your breath!
I certainly wont. Donating money was certainly the easiest, weakest, and most cowardly act of remembering D Will possible. Don't get me wrong. People grieve differently. I probably understand that better than anybody else.
However, to simply donate money and nothing more is soft. He could have and should have been at the memorial for D Will.

javon is a really strange person to me, i mean when i was at training camp last year javon was always talking to and playing with the kids, he would squirt the teams watter bottles in their mouths and joke around with them, and he did donate the last 30,000 bucks for d-will center
but then on the other side he was very selfish about his health, referring to himself in the third person, making some of his comments
i just could never decide if i like the guy or not, but when its all settled i decided we are much better of without him on our team
