"Lion's got rid of their QB.."???

So... I have a guest who came in today and we were shooting the breeze. He says his brother is a coach with the Lion's(because our conversation wound it's way to football). I asked him if he talked to him recently and he says- "Yeah, today". I asked him how his brother felt about Millen being fired and he says- "He was sad in that Matt was a good guy. They're making changes right now.. they got rid of their qb..." It was then that we got interupted by another guest and I didn't get a chance to follow up on what he meant or if I missed something... anyone hear anything?

*by the way, I went to the Lion's site and checked and sure as ****, he's listed as a coach and is a spitting image of his brother*

I've been a huge Drew Stanton fan since watching him at Michigan State, so I'm not going to lose any sleep over Kitna not playing. The sooner Stanton gets to play the better. I hope he gets a shot if Orlovsky struggles.

I disagree with this. He's been a pretty "solid" QB for a number of years. He's not elite. He's not at the top of the list, but he's solid and has been one of the Better QBs that the Lions have had for a LONG time.

he lets his hold under his nose do all the talking instead of with his play. all that I'm guaranteeing 10 wins crap. Good QB's don't do that, Good QB's keep their mouth shut, and go out and make it happen, and let their play do all the talking.
