The ass will not be playing this Sunday cause of the charges that he assaulted a woman in Feb...what an ass.Wish they would trade him.

From everything I read... its not really an assault. He pushed her away. What bothers me about this.. is she didn't complain to any of the bouncers or security guards there at the club... and waited 11 hours the next day to finally decide to 'press charges.' This girl wasn't hurt. SHe wasn't assaulted, she was rejected. She wanted to cause problems, and she's getting her wish. -
Damn, I guess I'll pick the Titans to win this week.

I understand what you are saying. But you dont' know what she was saying. Woman can be REALLY *****y! But seriously.. some can really get in your face and just finally get on your final nerve. He shouldn't have touched her, but at the same time, if he pushed her away (yes, even if he pushed her face) he was just pushing her away. Is that really assault? He didn't throw her against the wall or push her to the ground, and he didn't punch her. He didn't spit in her face or back-hand her. He pushed her.
She thought it was SUCH an assault, that she didn't even feel it enough to complain to the security at the location at the time of the incident. She stayed there for the rest of the evening, then decided to complain to the police the next day. That means if he did it at night, then she was sure to sleep in, and go to the police station at her ease and make assault accusations about something that didn't really bother her at all.
This is a position that men are in.... ESPECIALLy athletes. It only takes a woman to make the charge of assault, and the guy is already thought of as guilty before any real evidence is brought forward. I've been pretty hard on LJ for things in the past, but this time I honestly dont see him being the big-bad wolf here. I see him actually getting the raw end of this deal simply because he has a famous name.Comment

Actually Herm insists that it has nothing to do with the Feb problem. He says
LJ missed a team meeting so he decided to inactivate him for this weeks game.
So LJ gets paid, but doesnt have to get killed by the Titan defense in other
words. It makes as much since as LJ riding the pine in the 2nd half of games.
