I'd take Michael Vick or Donovan McNabb over any QB in the NFL right now just because they can give you something else besides throwing the ball.

McNabb is the best in the league at short-hopping his receivers, hands down. I can't wait 'til he does it to T. O. in a key situation and the two of them scuffle on the sidelines.
