Looks like just about every one of the names I've seen floating around here as possible candidates have now gone on to other teams. Now we can spend next year comparing and realize that Bowlen made the right decision for the Broncos.

Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan has agreed to a four-year contract to become coach of the New York Jets, according to multiple sources.

Lawyers are reviewing contract language before an official announcement is made. A news conference introducing Ryan is scheduled for Wednesday.

I have not read any reports about Jason Garrett being hired yet so that is not true. He probably will not get a new job because the Browns, Jets, Rams, and Broncos all hired new coaches and the Seahawks, Colts, and Buccaneers have all promoted coordinators. Now Tampa Gay needs to replace Jon Gruden and a fired coach needs to replace Herm Edwards if he gets the boot.

I think there will be atleast one more suprise firing or hiring before the season is completely over. I still think that Wade will either get the axe or demoted before it is all said and done. There is talk that he may get demoted to the vacant D-coordinator position and someone like Gruden or Shanny could be brought in the run the show.

Tampa already promoted Morris to HC, so they don't need to replace Gruden, but Morris at DC.

I still think that Wade will either get the axe or demoted before it is all said and done.

I think if we see this happen it's gotta be a pretty clear indicator that Shanny will be brought into the Cowboys.
