  • Noooo! Jags release Fred Taylor

It's everywhere, and I'm about to cry.

I hope he comes to Denver, that would atleast make me feel a bit better that he would be part of a good franchise, and plus I'd actually be able to meet him since I live in Denver.

But this is a very sad day for Jags fans
    .

Sad thing about it, is Fred Taylor really does have some left in the tank. He had a bad season because of our poorly-conditioned O-Linemen.

      Behind a healthy O-Line? Best believe he's still a 1,000 yd rusher.

I've never been a "ZOMG let's go get the recently dropped player!!!"... but in this case?!?!? ZOMG!!! Let's go get him! Like L30 said, him and Hillis in the backfield? I've always like Fred. I think even Jim Brown once said something about him having the ability to be one of the greatest had it no been for the injuries he's been cursed with over the years.

Do we honestly want another injury-prone runningback in our backfield???

With the way they drop around here we can't have too many.

Injury Prone or not, Fred Taylor would give the Broncos back field some much needed veteran leadership.

NE has a thing for signing players who were starters in Madden '95, let em go there, but Fred made a good comeback over the last few years. He deserves a SHOT on someones roster

                    I like Pittman, but....

1,000 yard rushing seasons...... Taylor: 7 Pittman: Zero

taylor averaged over 5 yards a carry in both 06 and 07....i'd say quite a few teams will be interested

I would love to see Fred Taylor here. As an added bonus I bet it would mean Jagwired would be here more, wait is that a good thing or bad thing

On a side note, Fred Taylor is exactly the kind of guy the Pats would sign. An older proven player that some think is washed up. I wonder if our new leader shares that kind of philosophy with his old boss. Just a thought.

I would puke if I saw Taylor in a Patriots uniform.

                            Seriously, I would.
