Anyone think the Saints are that good???

The saints are the team to beat in the NFL right now. Any team with that kind of offense and playmakers such as Vilma and Sharper on defense is a force to be reckoned with. Ya, there defense isn't anything amazing, but they are very opportunistic especially with a lead and know how to force turnovers. This offense is scary good though.

Yes, they really are that good. I have a feeling no one has seen yet just how good they are either. As a Saint's fan since 1967 I realize that I have a biased opinion, but, I do try to keep it realistic. This is the first year we've had some balance by having a defense that is respectable. Our offense has never had a good running game until this year. About the only part we still need a lot of work on is our special teams, and they are starting to come around.

They say, "To be the best, you have to beat the best." I hope we get to see y'all or the Colts in the big dance because as far as I'm concerned, y'all two are the best. It's still too early in the season to crown anyone, I realize that, but for someone that has been a Saints fan for as long as I have, it's sure nice to see a sliver of light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope like heck that isn't a train I see coming at me.

May both of our teams have a good injury free rest of the season, and I hope to see y'all for the Super Bowl.

The Saints are scary good. Drew Brees with a running game..

Plus a solid defense. Right now the Saints are the best team in the NFC.

The only other team that I could see beating the Saints is the Vikings. With their running game and D-line they could give them a run. I think Brees would torch their secondary, the Vikes DBs are overrated.

I also think the Saints are the best team in the NFC right now. The Vikes could give them a run for their money, but I just see Brees lighting up the secondary and I'm not sure if Favre has enough fuel left in the tank to play catch up.
