Maybe the guy just isn't cut out to be an NFL coach, he's doing awful. 0-6 and the Bucs just look in disarray right now. I say he's gone after this season. Does this guy just suck, or am I missing something?

That's why we should thank Bowlen and Ellis for taking McDaniels. So many things could have gone wrong, and so far their choice seems very good. I question a lot of decisions made by Morris, such as:
.Getting rid of Derrick Brooks without having a solid group to replace him, not to mention the leadership factor
.Firing the offensive coordinator right before the start of the regular season, simply no comments
.Drafting Josh Freeman with the 17th overall pick (trading up) with 3 QBs ahead of him on the roster while their defense clearly needs help
.Trading Gaines Adams, one of their best (if not the best) defensive ends after only 2 seasons as if 12.5 sacks were nothing
.The lack of stability at the QB position, from drafting Freeman to trading McCown, then naming Leftwich the starter then benching him in favor of Josh Johnson, what a mess
.Lack of disciplinary measures towards Aqib Talib who seems to be a punk, the guy is always causing trouble yet the Bucs don't seem to care
McDaniels also made questionable moves but at least he is showing positive results on the football field. On the other hand, the Bucs were almost a playoff team last season and now they look like a mess.sigpicComment
