    The Cleveland Browns Management Manual

    Step 1:
Fire mediocre coach, and replace with another mediocre coach.

    Step 2:
Release and trade best players in the offseason.

    Step 3:
Bench quarterback, and trade all but one good player left on roster. Refuse to pay said player.

    Step 4:
Blame mediocre coach for team failure.

    Step 5:
    Repeat Step 1.

      We have a smack forum.

      Quick. Guess what it's for.

Anywhere else on the board and it's trolling.

"Talking smack." It isn't that hard to figure out. Use it.

      Thread cleaned.

Browns need a proven winner as their Head Coach, a Shanahan, Cowher, Gruden, Holmgren, a heavyweight type coach to come in there and reverse the trend going on with the Browns, a big name college coach aint gonna get it done, a hotshot assisstant wont do either, it would be too much for them and they would be overwelmed with what needs to be done, they need a strong willed, already highly respected coach to come in there and take over and set that franchise right.....all these turds that they have hired since the Browns came back to Cleveland have been nothing but a bunch of failures and in some cases bums, that owner the Browns have seems to know nothing about how to run an NFL Franchise, he should just sell it to someone that knows whats going on, Brown fans deserve better then what their getting....especially this Mangini clown, he is no better then Romeo when it comes to head coaches.

I really have to scratch my head at some of the decisions the Browns have made.

The Browns-Bears game next week will be awful to watch.

Go Cutler! Go throw more INTs!

            :go:
