He actually impressed many in training camp while he was here, but after his collision with Kevin Everett (opening day against the Bills, almost paralyzed Everett) he wasn't the same. I think either time or a change of scenery (or both) made a difference for him.RIP Darrent Williams -
I said it then and I'll say it again now.
We simply gave up on him too soon.
I loved the guy and even adopted him as my new Bronco favorite. I'm happy to see him proving Shanny wrong.

We got rid of him way too early, its crazy to cut a rookie draft pick after only a few games, one of many Shanny mistakes that eventually led to his firing.Comment

If we did not cut Hixon, we would not have drafted Royal. So I guess it worked out for the best for us right now.sigpicComment

Aww man u said it, I was going to say he started to show promise as a KR and then Shanny got dumb and cut 'em, and NY's offense suites him better.
