  • The Redskins invented a new way to lose

    I mean seriously sad.

Missed 20 something yard FG? Would have been impossible for the Saints to win.

Intercepted the ball, only to allow a guy to strip the int on his way to a fumble return for a TD?

People call the Broncos lucky for one fortunate bounce.

When the redskins lined up for the FG I thought to myself "gameover". Even though the Redskins lost it makes the fact that we lost to them a lil easier to swallow.

If the Redskins had a decent kicker they would be 6-6 right now and only one game out of the division lead, that team has to have the worst luck ever.

Yeah, this year it appears that way. However, that franchise has 3 lombardies in their case.

Now the Browns.....that Browns are certainly the worst franchise in football, well right behind the Lions.

The Browns were actually very good through much of the 80's.

The Lions, well they've always just plain sucked.

Oh they were good in 80s no doubt but very snake bitten. From the cardiac kids Brian Sipe loss to the Raiders in the 1980 divisional play off game.

            To Elway, to Byner.

Then the actual franchise moved. Could you imagine if Bowlen did that? Then that team that Modell took, won it in purple and black uniforms.

Yeah, the Lions, but they arent going anywhere. I dont think.

I feel bad for Suisham in a way. Was it an easy kick? Yes. But, the snap was a little high to start with and it ended the way it did. He took full responsibility for it and apologized to the team.

As far as the Saints situation goes.... That's twice in the last 3 weeks that they squeaked by against really bad teams. I am not impressed. The St. Louis game was an eye opener, and then this game yesterday reinforced the proof. It wasn't a full fledged comeback win. More like an opportunistic win. A win is still a win, don't get me wrong, but the cards just happened to play out how they needed (Suisham's kick). The Colts, on the other hand, have had 5 legitimate comebacks in a row other than this week's game against the Titans. Saints fans are ecstatic right now down here in New Orleans, but they need to be realistic. I'm willing to bet that they lose their first playoff game. If not their first, then no further will they go than the second.

Maybe it's karma because Snyder is such a d-bag.

I mean he took over one of the best, family run franchises, and piloted it straight into the ground. He's just a spoiled rich brat who can't handle any criticism of his team.

If the NFL has an uncapped year, you can bet that Snyder will be first in line with his checkbook.

My husband is a Redskins fan. I felt so bad for him yesterday.

There was also that one bad call that even got reviewed, in OT I think? Guy's elbow was definitely down, but they gave the ball to the Saints.

                    Incorrect.

The Ravens franchise began play in 1996. They are a team with no history whatsoever. Modell had that stripped from him. Only sleazebag sports writers and commentators try to make it otherwise because they want to sell more magazines.

The Ravens did not win a Super Bowl with "Browns players". The Ravens won it with Ravens players. The only ex-Browns on the team were the kicker and one of their starting defensive linemen. That is it.

The Browns are one of the winningest teams in NFL history despite the letdown that the team has been in the decade since returning. The franchise does not "suck". The team just sucks from time to time. The team this year especially does "suck" and are a disgrace to the team.
The Browns are gone; I'm not a fan of the Impostors

The real Browns are in Baltimore, see?
