Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

When the redskins lined up for the FG I thought to myself "gameover". Even though the Redskins lost it makes the fact that we lost to them a lil easier to swallow.
I feel bad for Suisham in a way. Was it an easy kick? Yes. But, the snap was a little high to start with and it ended the way it did. He took full responsibility for it and apologized to the team.
As far as the Saints situation goes.... That's twice in the last 3 weeks that they squeaked by against really bad teams. I am not impressed. The St. Louis game was an eye opener, and then this game yesterday reinforced the proof. It wasn't a full fledged comeback win. More like an opportunistic win. A win is still a win, don't get me wrong, but the cards just happened to play out how they needed (Suisham's kick). The Colts, on the other hand, have had 5 legitimate comebacks in a row other than this week's game against the Titans. Saints fans are ecstatic right now down here in New Orleans, but they need to be realistic. I'm willing to bet that they lose their first playoff game. If not their first, then no further will they go than the second.
I mean he took over one of the best, family run franchises, and piloted it straight into the ground. He's just a spoiled rich brat who can't handle any criticism of his team.
If the NFL has an uncapped year, you can bet that Snyder will be first in line with his checkbook.
Oh they were good in 80s no doubt but very snake bitten. From the cardiac kids Brian Sipe loss to the Raiders in the 1980 divisional play off game.
To Elway, to Byner.
Then the actual franchise moved. Could you imagine if Bowlen did that? Then that team that Modell took, won it in purple and black uniforms.
Yeah, the Lions, but they arent going anywhere. I dont think.
Incorrect.
The Ravens franchise began play in 1996. They are a team with no history whatsoever. Modell had that stripped from him. Only sleazebag sports writers and commentators try to make it otherwise because they want to sell more magazines.
The Ravens did not win a Super Bowl with "Browns players". The Ravens won it with Ravens players. The only ex-Browns on the team were the kicker and one of their starting defensive linemen. That is it.
The Browns are one of the winningest teams in NFL history despite the letdown that the team has been in the decade since returning. The franchise does not "suck". The team just sucks from time to time. The team this year especially does "suck" and are a disgrace to the team.
