  • Which Division in football is the toughest in your mind?

Well as the season is dying down I want to know who you all think has the toughest division in the league. I think surprises happened this year and certain divisons that looked tough are taking a decline. Even our division has shown up a few times this year and won games we shouldn't have. I will still say the NFC East is toughest cause all of the teams in that division are really close even the redskins have been performing well except for that kicker and a little bit of campell.

I've been proud of our division this year we shown up against some tough opponents and although I wish for us to win the division I have to tip my hat to the Raiders and Chiefs even those dreaded Chargers. I've always wanted the AFC West to be brought back on the map it makes for a much more competitive season and more entertaining games. Hopefully our division gets back on par to that level with us being the front runner So lets hear it what division in your mind is the toughest.?

    NFC East
    Giants
Eli Manning, Brandon Jacobs, Good O-line and Defense.

    Eagles
Donovan and D-Jax plus a good running core with a good defense

    Cowboys
Romo is good when not in December, Great RB's with an NFL sack beast and solid secondary. Not to mention Miles and Miles of Austin

    Redskins
J-Cambell is a promising QB with a up and down defense and scetchy running

    NFL South
    Saints
    Undefeated, nuff said

    Bucs
Josh Freeman will be a star with some receivers and an Oline

Panthers- Best RB core in NFL, and Beason is a force to be reckoned with

    Falcons
Matt Ryan is fundamentally best QBs in the league with an ALL-Pro RB and a so-so D

      AFC Central

      Or as it is now,

      The AFC North.

Shame things are topsy tervy this year and not how it should be.
The Browns are gone; I'm not a fan of the Impostors

The real Browns are in Baltimore, see?

          Wouldn't know.

I put things behind me too easily. Whatever it was you did, I do not remember it.

              Dallas?
              Philly?
              NYG?
Was? all good teams. All with the Chance to win the division at any given year.

Ugh, I made a fancy post and then the browser crashed.

Anyways, I found out the best teams by doing it the mathematic way (averaging winning percentages by division) If you would like to see the data, I would be happy to share it.
Rivers is deciding to play bad, just to see how it feels.

A chance to win the division doesn't make them the toughest division in football. Everyone in the NFC West has a chance to win the division each year too.

That said, here's how I would rank them (my personal opinion):

                    1. AFC North is the beast this year. When everyone is healthy, you have the Ravens, Steelers and the Bengals, the weak link being the Brownies of course, although I thought for sure they'd be better this year.

                    2. AFC South is right behind them, Indy, Tenn looks to be back to old form, Jags and Texans (when they show up) can be tough teams to play.

                    3. NFC North Minnesota, Green Bay, Chicago (despite our feelings, we all know what Jay can do when he's focused) with Detroit holding them back.

4/5. NFC/AFC East are right go here. One above average team, two mediocre teams, and one garbage team.

                    6. AFC West despite having two great teams, having two really bad ones kinda cancels it out. Although Oakland can sometimes show up, as they proved by beating Philly and the Steelers.

                    7. NFC South about like us in the AFC West, Although they have 1 great team, 1 mediocre team (ATL) and two garbage teams. Okay, so the Panthers might be okay if they'd bench their has been QB.

                    8. NFC West-- Arizona looks good at times, but seriously? Seattle? St. Louis? Two of the worst teams in the NFL, not just the NFC, and San Fran's defense is the only thing keeping them from sinking to the bottom too.

Keep in mind this is just from my observations, nothing scientific, although scientific doesn't account for the intangibles.
