Boller. That's a no brainer. Stuart has already prooved that he is a very inacurate passer. Boller is actualy doing OK anyway. He also needs the experience playing on a good team in games that matter. The receivers suck no matter who starts, and the only thing you gain from Stuart is the run threat. Big deal. First off its Stewart not Stuart. Second, the offense does have a great running game with Jamal, but having a scrambling QB like Kordell adds another demension and can open up the running because of the play action threat.
