Peyton had a 3-13 rookie season and from there went on to win 10-13 games each year. Big difference.

Jake Plummer threw 20 picks the same year he broke the Duke's passing yardage and TD pass records. Everyone wanted to complain about the picks instead of the fact that he broke two of Elway's records and took us to the playoffs yet again.

Most of those highlights are with jay throwing from play action or him moving the pocket. We'll see how he does sitting back surveying the field. Martz and Cutler together sounds like a great match up on paper.
