If Shanahan had drafted a franchise QB a year or two before he actually did, we wouldn't have had to deal with "the snake" collapsing when the run game and defense couldn't bail him out.

I think a lot of people are taking the simple route and just copying last years playoff teams. Every year there are at least 5 new playoff teams, I think that should be taken into consideration when you make your posts. Lets get a little crazy here:
AFC East: New England Patriots (hard to see anybody beating them out)
AFC North: Baltimore Ravens (maybe the Bengals, I don't know)
AFC South: Houston Texans (oh just for fun)
AFC West: Denver Broncos (its about time we win the freakin division, we've had chance to the last four years)
AFC Wildcard: Indianapolis Colts (Manning)
AFC Wildcard: Tenessee Titans (possibility)
NFC East: NY Giants (they'll rebound, just watch)
NFC North: Green Bay Packers (c'mon easy one)
NFC South: New Orleans Saints (gotta go with the champs)
NFC West: San Francisco 49ers (what other choice do I have?)
NFC Wildcard: Dallas Cowboys (too much talent, could be Redskins though)
NFC Wildcard: Atlanta Falcons (Yeah they'll make, might even push NO for the division)
