B4 u start making such insane predictions, maybe you should look at the fact that the Jets have a legit (one of the best in NFL) pass rush to get in his face and make him rush his throws. Do u really know how good Balt's OL is? Picture 3 more Ryan Clady's than we have. And do u really know how good NY's rush is? It's even better than last year! So unless we can get in his face I don't see him throwing many int's against us.

It amazes me how Flacco put up identical numbers to Orton last year and finished with 1 more win (and then rode the running game to a playoff win in NE) yet he is proclaimed as an elite qb and Orton is a scrub. Not to mention Flacco has a top 5 rb and top 5 defense while Orton had a weak running game last year and a defense that completely fell apart.

It's easy to think that Flacco sucks when he is playing against the Jets defense. Remember this guy completed 80% of his passes against us last season, and we had Dumervil on the field. We just gave Garrard the highest QB rate of his career. Baltimore has a much better offense than Jacksonville. Keep things real.

Ravens have just as good running game if not better then the jags, o line is better, d is better at every postion.

I'm not saying he's the 2nd coming I do agree with u there, but int's do not come from DB's running around chasing WR's. They come from the DL getting max pressure to rush the QB into making a poor decision of where to throw the ball. If my response came off as cold I apologize. But when u read your post.... I mean Grerrard isn't even 1/2 the QB Flacco is and how many int's did we get on him? Now what we should be talking about is how suspect the Jets secondary is to seam, fly, comeback, etc.....every route that Revis isn't covering. If we can sustain that Blitz and we get DT healthy we could possibly put up some big #'s against them.

I think Flacco is overated...He can still put it together but I just don't see him becoming elite....Feel the same about Sanchez.

I think the team carries him. If the run is taken away, he struggles greatly.
He didn't do too well against Indy last year, but he was injured.

Both of them got more cred than they were due for starting as rookies for defensive teams with great run games. Both were playoff winners as rookies. Both have really impressive physical tools.

The jury remains out on both for whether or not they are really good quarterbacks.


The chip on my shoulder was over Tebow -- a lot of folks have gone out of their way to declare Tebow a multi-year "project" when these clowns were handed the reins as rookies. Tebow is as good or better than both of them.
