Cutlers football IQ is about as low as you can get .
When he comes out of his drop on those 5 and 7 second drops the ball has to come out it just HAS TO COME OUT. You can try and blame the line but cmon he has to be ready to throw it away hes patting that ball way too much . This guy is looking more and more like Rex Grossman with his inconsistency."(Touchdowns) are the goal," Orton said.
