Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I think it will be interesting to see how he deals with the scandal tomorrow night. He played pretty well after his father passed but this is a very different situation. Cant be easy having what Im sure is a very mad wife and all the jokes about his junk in the locker room. Should be a fun game to watch.
They just brought it up on SNF a few minutes ago and said he could get suspended. With 3 women all with the jets saying he tried to get with them it could be just the tip of the iceberg kinda like Tiger. We shall see if the media goes wild like they did to Woods.

Probably not. I just wish these guys could control themselves.
They are people and will make mistakes. My beef is more with the fans who elevate one over the other and get mad at you if you dont worship that particular one. That is until it all blows up in their face!
It's really disgusting the things these guys do (woods, favre) and i'm sure others we don't know about.
Talk about role models? Yea right... I wonder how many other guys are doing stuff like this. I mean if you can't control yourself and want to just bang all these chicks don't get married.

For me I see it as they are people, thus they are human, thus they are falible.
I hate judging people on their personal lives. Their personal relationships are between them and their circle (to me, and me only)
Thats probably because I dont put stock into these people's lives like others! That type of stuff (you know perception is reality) sometimes filters down to who my team goes after as a trade or a free agent!
I think its easy to tell the difference in most cases between a truly disruptive person or player, and players who are young or come from a different back ground....ect..ect....
I think it sucks that other players get redemption when they make mistakes while some players are doomed to a mistake defining their whole life!
Tons and tons of them. Money and power do that to a large % of people. Most are not that stupid to get caught. I mean sending pics of your junk to a women you never talked to? I guess so many women give it up to Brett that he thinks all women are like that. I was reading a book from an ex baseball player who said 75% of the guys had women in every city the go to. Wives never found out because they where not leaving text and pics on cell phones. This was in the 80s so no cell phones helped I guess.
It honestly wouldn't shock me if this story were true. When I turned 21 back in 1996, and frequented the bar scene in downtown Appleton, Favre frequented the Appleton bars himself.
On one particular night, I witnessed Favre, Mark Chmura and Frank Winters at a local establishment where they had their own private room. Let's just say that there were a flood of young women who would do anything and everything to get into that private room.
You can draw your own conclusions to what happened in that room, but I don't think they were looking for autographs.
