not when he is guaranteeing Superbowl victories, that is adding pressure to his players to perform.

rex ryan is a diva, just like an attention whoring wide receiver (for example). not saying he isn't a good coach or his team isn't good, they are.

but the crap he does is similar to what chad Johnson or Clinton portus does with the media.

also, i am not exactly sure how any of this takes pressure off his players in any way. i don't think its intended to take pressure off of them, just seems like its all about him and not the team, which is consistent with any diva in the NFL.

that's how i see it at least.
