i'm a big fan of rex ryan, his antics take alot of pressure off his players IMO

not when he is guaranteeing Superbowl victories, that is adding pressure to his players to perform.

rex ryan is a diva, just like an attention whoring wide receiver (for example). not saying he isn't a good coach or his team isn't good, they are.

but the crap he does is similar to what chad Johnson or Clinton portus does with the media.

also, i am not exactly sure how any of this takes pressure off his players in any way. i don't think its intended to take pressure off of them, just seems like its all about him and not the team, which is consistent with any diva in the NFL.

that's how i see it at least.

HATE that guy. He is an annoying arrogant loud mouthed fool. Sure he knows football but rather than let his success do the talking, he does it all. I am so glad he isn't our coach. I can't even bring myself to watch the attached vid because he annoys me so much. I would rather listen to Favre watch 2010 than hear/see him speak.

I've always liked Rex, he's funny. I still like McD.

I think Sanchez is holding the Jets back from winning the SB this year. They pretty much put everything into this year.

They have, i think, 15 free agents next year, so it's SB or bust..
