Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I know Orton is no Brees but our passing attack is one of our strong points
In a weird way, I hope not. I still want to see the Broncos win the game, but I would rather have them unleash hell in Oakland. I also don't want teams to get a full picture of what we have the first game. That KC game last year is what happens when a team underestimates you. I doubt Fox has pulled every trick out yet, and we will undoubtedly get better and better as the year goes on, but why make it easy for teams to figure us out

I Adopt #77 well damn!
Milla Da QB Killa' #77
Fox Rocks #77
Wasn't really surprised at how the Raiders defense looked. The big thing I noticed was that the Saints defense couldn't stop the Raiders running game. That wasn't exactly encouraging.
Crappy cb's playing man to man almost all game, the D is going to get torched this year.
thx Al.
Yet 2 years ago, when Oakland had Nnamdi, Brees put up a similar statline and 2 TDs in a little over a quarter. Stanford Routt is a very solid corner. Oakland was missing their 3 top DTs, one of which is a top 3 interior DL the other a top 12, both being very good pass rushers. Kind of hard to look good playing a top 4 QB who is arguably the most accurate player in the league when you don't have two DTs who not only open up gaps for others, but create pressure themselves.
You guys should be more concerned with the fact that Campbell looks much better, the WR situation is 100% better than last year, the OL is improved, and the Broncos awful run defense not only has McFadden and Bush to worry about, they have Taiwan Jones to worry about. It's been proven time and time again you don't need CBs to win.
