Nope, I wouldn't agree. Because (1) he lost; (2) he only put up 21 points; and (3) he came up short as time ran out to tie the game.

So not even in the figurative, "moral victory" sense did he do enough to win his game.

His yards got a little inflated by a few long balls. Good for him, he played well. Not well enough to win.

How did he do enough? They lost with the ball in his hand within the 10 yard line. He played really, really, really well, he clearly did not do enough though. It's not like he put up 50 points and the special teams allowed a KRTD with 1 second left to get to 51 points.

Cam is doing pretty well.
I think Carolina finally has a QB.
I thought he would suck, but man, might be a bit early, but he gets it done.

I made a post last week stating the obivious difference between Tewbow and Cam which is the throwing ability, pocket presence, and reading defenses and I got slammed and post locked. The bottom line is Tebow is years behind Cam and no comparsion to Vick!! I don't know who will have the better career but Cam looks like a QB and Tebow a major project.

Just watched some of Carolina's game on NFL Redzone. Let me say this...if Tebow looked HALF as good as what I just saw out of Cam then Tebow would be starting over Orton hands down! He looks good in and out of the pocket! I've been on record saying Newton is slightly better than Tebow. At this point my view of slightly has changed to VASTLY!
