No, they do not have the "right" to play in the same division as the Browns, Steelers, and Bengals. They have nothing connecting them to that division and the only team that Baltimore cares about is the Colts. Every time Baltimore plays the Colts it is played up in the community and that is one of their main rivalries in the NFL. On the Colts, behalf though, it is an unimportant game. But, in Baltimore? It may as well be a divisional game.
