I was thinking it would be great if he could also get together with Steve Young for the same reason. But as I thought about it, it also occurred to me that he will also be working with Elway for the exact same reason. Maybe too many cooks spoil the broth?

I would guess its just for a layover to wherever he's going, but you never know.

To comment on the possible insinuation, I like McNabb and really wouldn't mind him backing up and guiding Tebow. However, he has shown himself to not be a big fan of Tebow, through an interview (it was on television, maybe on ESPN, and he was with Larry Fitz as well). McNabb expressed that he doesn't understand how Tebow has a job and he doesn't.

If he's able to get over that, then I'll be happy to see him back Tebow up, because McNabb can teach him a lot.

What makes you think he would be backing up Tebow and why does he have to be a Tebow fan?

yep yep. I still remember that guy from the practice squad he took and worked with and the boy scored on us. No clue what his name is I just remember it happening. DT and Decker are both young guys on the come up but manning would make those guys legit. I aint saying he is a miracle worker but maybe even Eddie royal might look like his old self with manning. Its why I feel he should be in the discussion of GOAT. He truly makes everyone around him on both sides of the ball better something that is nearly impossible to do in football.

Manning makes average WR's good and good WR's great. IMHO, he is second to only Elway when it comes to QB's.

On topic: McNabb would make sense as a back up and a back up only. I would love to have a vet as out #2 and a guy who can come in and play well if Tebow goes out with injury. I just dont want him coming in here and thinking that he is going to be the starter for us.
