Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Denver based Pawngo sends 8000 Butterfingers Bars to Boston
I feel that cap violations are a far cry from filming other teams in order to win. Cap violations may be breaking the rules, but come on, filming other teams, bringing McHoody back just in time to play the Bronco's? Don't see why people are so quick to defend the patriots. It's the patriots, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of watching the Tom Brady and Bill Belichick show, time to change the channel!
So it's only cheating if it's not your team? The fact of the matter is both teams got busted for breaking the rules. I dont like Belichek either but it's mostly because he is a pompous ass.
If the Oilers were still around I'd be glad to have 3 SB winning teams and a cheater as a head coach!

I posted in the epic Peyton's NeckBones thread and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt!
I didn't mind seeing the Belichick/Brady/McDaniels regime go down in flames. I was rooting for the Giants all the way.
I don't like Denver "fans" showing poor sportsmanship by singling out a really good guy who already feels horrible about that pass and will have to live with it the rest of his career.
If they'd have sent something appropriate to Gisele I'd be laughing as hard as anyone.
Did you also hapoen to see the pawn shop marketing firm which is based in NY put them up to it.i think it was hilarious . Think ill send him one myself

Didn't the broncos get fined 950,000 for cap violations in the super bowl years in the 90's? Glass houses and all that.
Actually mr glass house, our cheating was not like that at all.
Our was completely different. What happened with the broncos was, as you know ALL NFL CONTRACTS HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE LEAGUE. Ours were as well. No cheating. None, what we did was we allocated that money differently. So if you get 10 mil contract we paid it differently. Still the same money, the exact same 10 mil..Just that we paid it differently.
There was no cheating like the patriots, there was no Advantage with teams, films, signs, extra players or anything else. It was a simple aspect of cash.
The pats cheating was far and beyond. The NFL has instigated 3 rules I am correct from the pats.
1- Spygate
2- Tom brady Tuck rule
3- players/coaches lining the sidelines on kicks and punts (even though the jets were the first to get caught doing it.
4- I forgot- they just announced the josh mcdaniels rule, where teams can not do what the pats did to the broncos. It was legal at the time because there was no rule on it. Now it is illegal.

I heard some grumblings about that but did not know they officially outlawed it... Link by chance????
