  • Denver based Pawngo sends 8000 Butterfingers Bars to Boston

...to celebrate Welker's dropped pass in the SB.

A shipment of 900 pounds of Butterfingers were delivered to Copley Square in downtown Boston on Tuesday. But who was behind it? Cold-blooded New Yorkers? Gisele? The answer might surprise you.

Pay no attention to writer/hack Adam Rank's comments at the end of the article. Just enjoy the visual! Maybe I'll send 100 boxes of orange kleenex to Rank's office. After all, these were his predictions prior to the season:

I'd heard that story, but the company wasn't released at the time. Funny, but highly unnecessary. Will be interesting how they explain it as a tax write off lol.
Decimating the competition, leaving in the wake a blind ambition.

Hey now, I never get tired of watching the Belichick/Brady regime go down. Even better that Eli & Co. beat them for a 2nd time! I am however tired of watching the patriots in the playoffs every year. It's time for our BRONCOS to dominate again! I think this is hilarious! It's football folks, they're not saving lives! Also, let's not forget that Belichick & Brady have 3 rings, count 'em 3!, poor guys have it so rough. Not to mention Brady is married to Gieselle who is worth $150 million and Welker is engaged to a former Miss Hooters International. I hope boston enjoys the free Butterfingers and I hope it stings!

I didn't mind seeing the Belichick/Brady/McDaniels regime go down in flames. I was rooting for the Giants all the way.

I don't like Denver "fans" showing poor sportsmanship by singling out a really good guy who already feels horrible about that pass and will have to live with it the rest of his career.

If they'd have sent something appropriate to Gisele I'd be laughing as hard as anyone.

Should send some to our WRS also, btw I believe if you get your hands on it you should be able to make the catch! That would have been amazing catch, it was more of a bad throw by brady!

That's what you get when you film other teams practices, when you cut a player that has practiced with the team the night before the super bowl, when you hire an ex Broncos head coach as a "consultant" strictly to gather info about us for one playoff game, when you answer almost every media question as a smug D-bag, etc, etc.

Honestly, what do the Pats expect? They have been a classless organization for years- it's Karma in the form of a superbowl loss and lots of tasty candy bars.

you realize mcdaniels was their OC before he got hired by denver, right?

they didn't hire him just to spy on denver

he's likely their OC going forward, and may very well succeed belichick as head coach in NE

Wes Welker didn't film, Wes Welker didn't cut a player, Wes Welker isn't McDaniels.

If you're going to send something, send it to the Pats in general or send it to one of the many d-bags in the organization. Don't target an individual who isn't a jerk.

He was hired as a consultant because Bill Obrien was still the OC until after the season when he can tend to Penn State. I fully understand what occurred (and yes I know he was their OC prior) There has been a lot of talk of the NFL outlawing this type of thing. It's frowned upon in this type of situation to say the least.

If you think McD being hired when he was had nothing to do with the Broncos, well then, I don't know what to tell you.

They came out with a superbowl winning game plan against us. Against the Giants, well......

Welker wasn't the only one who dropped a key pass- heck Branch did it the play before. None of that really matters though- it really doesn't.

Once you are with an organization for a certain period of time, you become part of the culture. I like Wes Welker, I respect him. This comes with the territory though, especially one with a dirty laundry list as long as the Pats.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The patriots are a classless organization, they have proven as much with numerous counts of spying. McHoody is a direct representation of what type of people they really are, cheaters! Losing like they have in the post season is most definitely karma coming back to smack them upside the head! Hope it really hurts!

NFL players get paid millions of dollars, if they do not have a thick skin for these kind of situations, especially when we know how all the fans are, then they should not be in the business.
