Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

People bringing up completion percentage need to stop. You are ignoring all the variables included in that, ie dropped passes, throw aways, etc. If we based things off completion percentage Alex Smith should not only still have a job, but MVP considerations as well.
Yards per completion doesn't take in bad choices and incompletions. Yards per attempt is a better measuring stick then yards per completion. Completion percentage is always going to be a part of the equation but being able to use it right is key. Yards per attempt does that because if you are taking deep shots a lot you will probably have a low completion percentage but your yards per attempt will be higher. LIke wise if you complete a lot of short passes for no gain you yards per attempt will be low while your completion percentage will be high. That is why I like yards per attempt over completion percentage. Yards per completion is about as useful as completion percentage.
Or we could do the good new TQBR lol. O how everyone hates it lol.

RGIII 71.4
Wilson 69.6
Luck 65
But to be fair that puts them all in the topp 11.
And Alex Smith would be 7th but Kaper was 3rd
It also rules out things like throw aways and drops, which way outnumber things like bad decisions.
Those are all pretty similar, the one thing I'll note is that Luck was going deep without the huge threat of the playfake, unlike Wilson and Griffin.
good point there. though they're just rookies, Wilson and RG3 sell the play fake as well as anybody in the league.
And teams have to actually respect it. Nobody respects Luck's run support, and the linebackers barely flynch at all. Hell, i don't even think Indy runs the play action very often.
Just for argument sake, didn't Kirk Cousins basically win 2 games for the Redskins this year?
I'll break it down. Kirk Cousins played in and won 1 complete game. And that was against the 5-11 browns. Not that we can assume what would've happened if he played, but I would think that RG3 could have gone out and beaten the 5-11Cleveland Browns if he played.
And in the "2nd game that Cousins won," according to the Griffin haters, was against the Ravens. with less than 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter, Griffin drove the Skins down inside the Ravens 30 before he went out injured. Cousins then came in with 40 seconds left in the game and threw 2 passes, of of them a TD. Griffin went 15/26 for 242 yards and a touchdown, with a QB rating of 101 before he got hurt late in the game. Cousins came in and literally threw 2 passes, went 2/2, for a total of 26 yards and a TD.
The Luck supporters who can't stand RG3 claim that "Cousins won the game." LOL. Technically, if you wanna be a jerk about it, I guess he did "win" the game LOL. But RG3 has a monster game before going down with a minute left, and 21 of those 31 points came on drives led by RG3. 8 points came from Cousins (touchdown and 2-point conversion)
The game went to overtime after Cousins last second TD, and in OT the Redskins kick returner took a kickoff 70 yards and the Redskins immediately kicked a field goal to win.

So what you're saying is I was right, Kirk did win 2 games for the skins this year?
