  • In todays NFL, which RB would be more valuble in their prime?M.Faulk or Barry Sanders

Marshall Faulk highlights. Notice the variety of pass patterns he runs through out the video. From 9 routes to 8 routes. Most versatile RB ever in my estimation.

I think most people would just pick Sanders, however in todays NFL, Faulk would be one hell of a weapon. He was one hell of a weapon then, but the match up problems he would create in the spread, basketball on grass offense would be crazy.

I noticed the one and only year he played with Manning he did have 86 receptions.

Barry Sanders was made for spread formations.

If Sanders had been on a complete, competitive team, he would have been the greatest ever... Hands down...

He didn't even need that. All he needed was a competent QB, and he would have been called the greatest without a doubt. Alas, he did not. However, getting back to the poll question, Faulk would be the better option because of his GREAT receiving and route running skills

For my opinion on this Sanders would be my choice. Faulk was fabulous and would be great as well. Sanders simply amazed...

If you ask me, the best comparisons to RB's today would be Rice and McCoy.
