^Tillman the past two games hasn't played him any better than anyone else. Stafford could've easily gotten Johnson well over 100 yards if he'd stopped being too nervous to throw into safety help. I was at the 45 yard line first row, I saw the whole thing go down. And his 30-some yard game earlier in the year was more Stafford's incompetence than good coverage. I don't care who it is unless it's maybe Champ, no one can cover him 1:1. It's impossible.

That's not necessarily to Johnson's advantage stats wise, or on the field either. It's more a disadvantage that everyone know where the ball is going.

CJ was destined to break that record as the other receivers are just not consistent enough to be viable targets. But as the year dragged on instead of working on getting those guys in a rhythm, he just for the most part scanned past them and just chucked it up without care to CJ. That's what I saw with my eyes. I could care less what number say. But like I said it just my opinion.
Right. Stafford for half the season actually avoided CJ more than he should've. Stafford NEVER pulled that Rivers type "toss it up" crap.
Orange Crush Fantasy League sign ups. All the cool kids are doing it.

Rivers has probably now the fastest release in the NFL that Favre is retired. - riversOWNSdonks
Rivers has the potential to be better than Brady or any QB ever - riversOWNSdonks

So you say about Tillman...........but the numbers don't back you up. The last three years with Tillman in primary coverage on Johnson.

      2010.......4 rec. 45yds 0 td's. 3 rec. 66 yds 1 td.

      2011.......5 rec. 130 yds 1 td. 7 rec 81 yds 0 td.

      2012......3 rec. 34 yds 0 td. 5 rec. 72 yds.

In the last three years Johnson has had ONE very good game against Tillman and the Bears. Tillman vs Johnson always is a great matchup between Pro Bowl players, and for the most part Tillman has come out on top. If Johnson is "Megatron" Tillman is his "Optimus Prime".
