Good, one less HC vacancy to fill. Need McCoy and JDR back.

This, it helps JDR stay here!

I am a Payton fan. I won't get int the bounty thing, because it's old news, but I'm glad for him that he's back next year and still with The Saints.

As long as Brees is healthy and Payton is the HC, watch out for them to rebound big time. And even though they were stripped of some draft picks, also watch for them to make a splash in FA. I think their ownership will support a serious return to form, guided by one of the best coaches in the NFL.

Obviously the bounty thing played a part, but I think that a slight excuse.

Their D was AWFUL. I stated a while ago that Patrick Robinson must be the worst corner in the league. He gets beat ALL the time. They generate absolutely ZERO pass rush.

Even with Vilma back teams still hung 40 on them.

Payton back will help, but this team needs serious help on D.
