Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

This is why I only bet money line parlays...I dont like messing around with spreads...just pick the teams I think will win
I agree, I bet the same way. I seldom look at lines and focus solely on the match-ups. I have had a pretty good year and my recipe for success this season has been parlay my sure thing winners and then throw a (good team) underdog in to win here and there. Sure I had a few rough weeks, but I have rode the Patriots, Broncos, Niners, and Packers all year. It also helps that I hit a few times on Minnesota and Seattle as underdogs.
I used to enjoy betting on the NBA, but I found its become too hard.
Ha ha.......trust Vegas and all those big money gamblers to make a simple thing confusing. Why not just say Houston is the home team and favoured by 4.5 points????
The real "odds" is that they'll get you one way or another!!!
They take the juice. That's how bookies make their money. If you go 50/50 in a whole season you'll end up losing on the juice. Like one poster said below, they move lines to get even betting.
I've been hot the last 2 seasons though. Have a 44 and 18 record ATS. Key is to not bet every game but bet big on the ones you like.
Also listen to Cowherd he's been white hot this year in the NFL.

Everyone's been hot on the NFL this year if they know what they're doing.
I was over 20 games up ATS and then realized that I wasn't the only one doing well and felt less special
