I have no idea if his style will work in the NFL, but just the fact he is doing something so different makes the Browns very interesting. It may work wonderfully, it may fail miserably, and I have no emotional investment in either, but I find it very interesting

What I find interesting is no decision has been mad on Rivera in Carolina, and could get the axe tomorrow. If I was running an option I'd want Cam over weeden and McCoy.

I think this has been done for quite some time, in the summer probably..

He is the one person I absolutely did NOT want. Whatever potential Cleveland`s players and the team had will not hit rock bottom along with Chip Kelly. This is why I cannot STAND college coaches.

I would question who would be the QB for his offense. Colt McCoy would fit that style better than Weeden. maybe he would need to have a different QB entirely or change his offense to match the team better.

Rather than the O Kelly has he also seems to coach ST's and Def well too. The Ducks played well in all 3 teams last night... I have only seem them play 2-3 times this last season and didn't see the Ducks do as well on ST's.

I don't think he would run the spread the way they run it at Oregon. I think he would still spread the field and run a lot, but not with his QB. I think he's smart enough to know the QB's who can run in the NFL are few and far between, and they can't do it 20 times a game.

Additionally, I would say he never really had very good passers at Oregon. IMO, Kelly will use what he has to build upon in Cleveland with Weeden and Richardson. I think they look to shore the WR group up and get a legitimate #1 so the safeties can't cheat up so much.

I imagine Kelly will adjust to his personnel in Cle and not force anything ridiculous out of Weeden if he decides to stay with him
