  • 3 problems with the pro bowl roster

for the most part i agree with it. i can even understand having drew brees as #3 QB (although i would go with trent green). anyway, i just disagree with 3.

1 - tory james as CB #3?!! what about rolle or dunta.

2 - lito sheppard gets burnt too much (although can be a playmaker at times).

3 - the MLB's have too be ray lewis and al wilson. they are #1 and 2 by a long way. every board i go on say the same thing. then thomas at a distant third. that pittsburgh guy is ok but al wilson is streets ahead.

IMO DJ should of gone but i can underdtand him not going.

i think DJ and dunta robinson were victims of the rookie rule. lol

    what do ya'll think?

James Farrior is ok are you crazy? On a defense thats hardly on the field he is having a great year. You obviously have never seen him play. The Steelers haven't had NT Casey Hampton and ILB Kendrell Bell most of the year so he had to pick up the slack. He has on so many occasions made a play to change the game. Don't go by number of tackles. Actually this year Ray Lewis doesn't deserve it over London Fletcher or Donnie Edwards.

i know he is a top player having a gr8 year but i just think lewis and wilson are the top 2 players and leaders.

[email protected] Pittsburgh guy. "That Pittsburgh Guy" is in the running for defensive MVP, so obviously he's going to be in the Pro Bowl. Ditto on Dunta, but its natural that rookies get shafted. However I don't think Tory James is the guy that you should be pointing the finger at.

i hope u r not just a bailey h8er. anyway, props to the pitts guy, i have not seen them much to be honest.

btw - wasnt it tory james who was in the highest scoring game ever against cleveland??? isnt it tory james who plays for the 'give up 35 a game' bengals?

and your point? What was the final of that Chiefs/Broncs squeaker? How many catches did Kennison have? Look I don't hate the guy, but its obvious his selection had alot more to do with reputation than what he did on the field. Even he'll tell you that if you spoke to him man 2 man with no cameras around.

we had a bad game. the bengals give up a truck load of points every week.

im not sure on bailey but its unfair when ppl point at him for everything (even if its not his guy making the catch)

its obvious to me that our one big weakness is a pass rush.

agreed, Wilson should have gone and Rod or Lelie both are having great years.

Im not a huge broncos homer but i think kennedy is playing like he could have gone this year

rod is having the best year of his career...rod has to go...lelie doesnt have enough catches and i dont think a #2 receiver should go IMO

the 3 going and trent green are a long way ahead of ben r. i could name a few more as well. ben r is a very good rookie who manages the game well but he does not win games.

IMO with big bens meaning to his team and his 12 consecutive rookie record winning streak should go...instead of tom brady

brady is the QB of the best team in football. he is a gr8 player (i still think manning is the #1 by a long way) and leads his team like no other.
