I always wondered how they did this and I know they use cameras from all angles, but I'd like to see a video explaining it, like on an episode of How it Works

They have two guys with spray paint. One with yellow, the other with green. When the marker moves, the guy with the yellow hauls-ass to the other sideline, painting as he goes where the markers are. Then the guy with the green paint does the same, painting over the old yellow line. They're mostly ex-raiders that could run really fast but can't play football, so the league gives them a job out of pity.
