The Tampa Bay Buccaneers changed their leadership structure this year by hiring a new head coach and a new general manager. They'll also announce another change later this week.

Sapp later hinted that the new helmets will feature a chrome grill. The Buccaneers' official website announced that the logo will be changing for the first time since 1997. That change predated the most successful stretch in team history, so the organization likely is hoping for the same luck this time around.

It's like a Napoleon complex on a franchise level where they want to overcompensate for their failures by making their logo HUUUUUGE.

I think they look awesome. Not too different from their current logo and the helmets look nice with the chrome grill.

And Charlie, how is it a "joke"? It's a logo for Christ sake

I like matte finish on helmets, that said matte typically looks better when worn as opposed to in pictures of just tge helmet. Hope we get a matte white for Denver

Yeah the ship is still there, its a pretty cool area to be when they are playing too. Overall the stadium is very nice ... the new uniforms are cool ... but they are still the Shmucks!!

All of my friends down here are pumped up over these new uniforms, I have to remind them that the team still sucks!!
