  • Shaun Phillips

Shaun Phillips joins the Tennessee Titans on a two-year deal worth up to $6 million, per Ian Rapoport. The veteran pass rusher likely will work in a rotation with Akeem Ayers and Derrick Morgan.

Shaun has signed a 2 year deal with the Titans. I'm sad to see him go. Best of luck Shaun, you played great for us.

I kind of wished we could have added him into our cap. Not suprised though.

There really wasnt anymore room for him when we signed Ware. Wish he could have stayed but with Wolfe coming back and Jackson turning into beast mode and he's turning 33 it was no place for him any longer. Plus u all know we are picking up a DE in the draft with in the first 3 rounds. He did his job for us though.

Titans are a good fit for him. The Broncos helped him alot in terms of opening doors for him, to keep going a little longer in the NFL. Hopefully he can call Tennessee home until he decides to hang it up. Tennessee is a beautiful state, easy to retire there.

No surprise at all, with Wolfe coming back, addition of Ware, along with Jackson, young prospects like Q/McCray/Youboty, possibly/probably a draft pick as well.

The writing was on the wall, best of luck to him though.

I was really hoping we'd get him back.

I'm really hoping Q is the sleeper we all think he is and that Jackson keeps turning corners.

I kind of feel that Wolfe is a known quantity at this point (a 75 in Madden terms). But I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

Given what our actual needs are I truly hope we don't pick-up a DE in the draft that early.

They got a good player who was still putting heat on the QB

I like the attitude he brought us and wish we could have added that to the guys we picked up this offseason
