Wonder how much was donated to the campaign of this DA.
Or if the DA is a '9er's fan?

Ive always thought of the Airport as just a giant bar you waited for your ride in. Im going to rethink my philosophy.

What an idiot. This guy is a moron. It's sad to see a great player throw his career away like this. The 49ers have had rough off season so many players getting arrested.

-Bay Area columnist: 49ers sources say Aldon Smith 'probably' won't play for team in 2014-

"Talent excuses most actions in the NFL, but at some point teams reach their tipping point.

Judging by the Mercury News' Tim Kawakami's latest report on linebacker Aldon Smith, the 49ers have passed that line. They're fed up. And, as such, Smith is "probably" not going to play with the 49ers in 2014, Kawakami reported after speaking to team sources. Kawakami said the top of the organization, including owner Jed York and the York family, general manager Trent Baalke and coach Jim Harbaugh, are all embarrassed over Smith's arrest on Sunday for causing a scene at Los Angeles International Airport and allegedly saying he had a bomb." ...

Unless the league suspends him and for the most part they do not until the court cases are finished.

He will play for some team that will risk an investment in him, even if the 49ers cut him.

Most folks forget a suspended player does not cost his team either a roster spot of cap money.
That is like having a player on IR just that he does not cost you a dime. Sooner or later he will play again and some teams are desparate enough to hold an option on this talent level.

But unless your afraid to fly do not get hammered and go to the airport at all. Being drunk on a plane can get you into almost as much do-do.
