Of course it's hard to judge without being there or knowing any what really happened. It's a bummer and a shame yes. However we all know that he's in good hands.

"Assault" isn't the same as battery. Domestic violence statutes have gotten so widespread that they can term the threat of violence as "domestic violence", as it should be.

I'll wait to hear more details before saying anything more. However, it makes me sad that people can't treat each other with more respect and calmness, especially toward people they claim to love.

Well most of you know I'm not one to shy away from sharing my opinion on these matters but I'm with Ruksak here. There's just really no information at all in this article.

And ditto on the fact of being sad that people continue to hurt the ones they love the most.

Please don't misunderstand me, I'm definitely not condoning domestic violence. I'm just a little skeptical about this story. How exactly do you open a passenger door while you're driving and throw someone out? She didn't sustain any injuries, so it sounds pretty sketchy.

So it's all speculation at this point. He very well could've been screaming, hollering, and throwing stuff which could constitute as domestic violence am I correct?

                I'll wait more information also.

just have to wonder if there are TWO sides to this story..

actually ever story I have ever heard usually has 3 sides.

he said, she said and something in the middle that is closer to the actuall fact.
