The defense is still suspect. I mean they shut down Jay Cutler and Mark Sanchez, it doesn't make them the 85 Bears.

The scoreboard has the potential to reach a combined 100 points when the Pats pay a visit in a few weeks.

RELAX. Aaron Rodgers is fun to watch! Wish we had him!!
Champions of the "Discount Double Check".
Yeah, they are playing lights out though. Yet, there's quite a bit more games still.

This, it seems some people are way too quick to crown teams. At one point, people wondered who would challenge Denver or Dallas, and we saw NE get throttled 41-14 by the Chiefs with people thinking they were out of it. We could see Denver pull a turn around and play like the best team in the AFC again, it's too early to tell. Heck, the Chiefs themselves may end up the #1 seed, with the tiebreaker over NE.

Plus, the playoffs are tough to predict. Last year isn't the norm as of late, where the 4 best teams of the year made the conference championships. Usually there are upsets in the playoffs.

Also people shouldn't overrated McCarthy. He's a average head coach, and also conservative. When the Packers struggle he panics and starts to play not to lose instead of playing to win.
Conservative play calling is often a good thing, yet often scapegoated. It's funny really that I often hear it about some of the top passing offenses in the league, like fans here about Denver. It's like they expect every play to be a deep pass or something.

They haven't, they have done essentially what I thought they would thus far as far as record. Played like a good team, likely to make the playoffs but not the Super Bowl. So far, they are 7-3, looking like that team exactly. Heck, I didn't even think anyone would give them much competition in the division if I remember correctly, Detroit surprised me.

If you like though, I can make a bet. I will write 'I was wrong about the Packers' as my sig for every post until the Packers next loss if they actually make the Super Bowl, and if they actually win it...I can even add more to it.

The Packers look good right now, but if they have to play Russell Wilson or Colin Kaepernick in the playoffs, then all bets are off. Offenses with a good running game and a mobile QB give their defense fits.

It is just as good, and likely better, and in fact is better in terms of yards, and that's despite facing better defenses.

If you take that to the bank and bet enough, you'll likely be broke. Cards defense is very good, I doubt anybody shreds them at their house. Denver's offense gave them issues, but that was in Denver.
