    he doesn't but the media may have blown that into a bigger issue than it really was. plus getting the most guaranteed money out of any contract in the NFL helped too i am sure.

    i would like to think and hope that maybe he got some inside info from the latest owners meetings, some good information about the chargers potentially getting a stadium built in SD.

    i am a dreamer though.

    man, i'm so relieved they got this done before the season rather than worry about him hitting the market!

    Oddly underrated despite being taken No. 4 overall in the 2004 draft, Rivers has been a superior quarterback to Eli Manning throughout his career.
