Should be interesting to see how he does there. I bet they put him to good use. I always liked Terrance Knighton but I guess now he's got to be one of the 'hated'

"Pot Roast" is heading to New England. Ian Rapoport reports former Redskins defensive tackle Terrance Knighton is signing a one-year deal worth $4.5 million with the Patriots.
The beatings will continue until morale improves....

I was surprised that Washington let him go. It was nice being able to still watch him play.

I told hubby that next year, he needs to go to the 49ers. That would mean that he has made the rounds of our family's teams---Broncos, Redskins, Patriots and 49ers.

Belicheat picked him because there are certain plays that made a lasting impression and probably stuck in his craw like this one in the AFCCG:

Superbowl 50 MVP Von Miller on February 7th, 2016

Yeah, he had his one-year paid vacation in DC and is ready to go back to work. Still no Wilfork. I don't think he moves the needle much for the Patriots, so I am fine with the move.

I live in DC. Pot did nothing for them this year. Local analysts said, and I agree, that he was doing the minimal amount of work to avoid being benched. No hunger. No big plays. No noticeable pocket collapse. No neutralizing the inside run game. Just a big guy acting like he is doing something.

Who could have guessed that playing in Denver made him look good

I honestly think he could be more dominating than he is but, as you described it, he has no hunger.

Who knows, maybe Belichick will be able to get more out of him but I have my doubts. He's content to occupy space.

Bill will get more out of him or in true Patriot fashion he will simply just bench him. The one thing which I do expect to see out of Potroast is for him to be used like Wilfork was - or at least see them try to use him like that.

Yea, but New England is good at deflating things!
